There was a mix up with the order which was inconvenient however the staff dealing with it were very apologetic and helpful and although we didn't get the full order we were fully compensated and left the store feeling happy and satisfied. I feel confident that they will learn from this mix up and ensure to improve this service. Thanks again to the polite helpful and generous staff.
