- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-12-08, by Maciej MaciejI ordered some Daytona products through Brumersbikes on 2nd Dec. I then asked for an update on delivery. I got a reply that my items were posted on 6th Dec. I made an honest comment on Brumersbikes to say that the items should have been posted shortly after the payment was made rather than after several days. I have now been waiting for 11 days for my package only to learn eventually that Brumersbikes actually didn't sent my items. Instead they cancelled my order without notifying me. My money was refunded but I lost 11 days waiting for the items which were never sent. I believe my order was cancelled as some sort of revenge for posting a honest comment on Brumersbikes website regarding delivery time. Very unprofessional. Avoid this website.
